Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices White bread toasted
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado. Place a slice of bread over top.
Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and lemonade.
