Turkey Avocado Sandwich

- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
- 2 slices Aged Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Red onion shaved
- 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Aioli
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic grated
For the aioli: whisk all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread on all slices of bread.
Layer with romaine, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, cheese, onion, avocado then bread.
Cut in half. Serve with chips and pickles.
