Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
  • 2 slices Aged Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Red onion shaved
  • 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Aioli

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic grated

Instructions

  • For the aioli: whisk all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread on all slices of bread.
  • Layer with romaine, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, cheese, onion, avocado then bread.
  • Cut in half. Serve with chips and pickles.
