Tomato Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 slices Tomato sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 slices Sharp cheddar
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Kombucha

  • 16 oz Kombucha cold (your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per instruction above.
  • Lightly toast the bread then drizzle with oil on one side of each slice. Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, avocado, onion, and cheese.
  • Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and kombucha.
