Three Cheese Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Butter divided
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
  • 4 slices Gruyere cheese sliced thin
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese optional

Instructions

  • Melt the butter as needed in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  • Layer the bread with cheese and another bread slice. Place the sandwich in the pan.
  • Cover with a lid (watch the heat, make sure the bread isn't burning). When the bread is nicely grilled to golden brown, flip to the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  • Cut in half and serve.
