Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp Lime juice

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Cream cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Red onion Minced
  • 2 TBSP Fresh chives minced

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency. Add more lime juice if needed for a hint of lime.
  • Toast the bagel.
  • Mix the cream cheese, garlic, onion, and chives until combined. Then spread both halves of the bagel. Close the 2 halves together and cut them in half.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
