Steak Panini

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Sirloin steaks sliced thin (substitute deli roast beef if desired)
  • 1 tbsp Steak seasoning your preferred kind
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Nonstick spray
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Long rolls
  • 3/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Season the steak with steak seasoning.
  • Preheat a nonstick pan on medium high heat. Once hot, add the butter and steak, quickly saute to brown the steak slices. Then remove from the heat.
  • Preheat a panini grill or George Foreman style grill. Lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl mix together the mayo, horseradish, and lemon juice. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread on each half of the bread.
  • Layer the bread with cheese, arugula, tomato, steak slices, and banana peppers.
  • Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
