Ingredients

  • 4 Pita bread
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef
  • 4 tbsp Feta cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickles halved

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt, cucumber, red onion, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
  • Layer the pita with lettuce, tomato, drizzle the sauce, beef, and top with feta. Fold in half and serve with chips and pickles.
