Steak Fajita

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 oz Sirloin steaks sliced thin
  • 1/2 tbsp Steak seasoning your favorite seasoning
  • 2 Tortilla wraps store bought or make your own (see recipe)
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, peppers, and onions. Sauté until they are browned and softened. Add in the garlic, steak, and seasoning. Brown the steak well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place on the wrap and roll up. Serve with sour cream on the side.
