In a large nonstick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken, cumin, chili powder, and peppers. Cook about 6 - 8 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
Stir in the corn, beans, cream cheese, and lime juice. Continue cooking and stirring until cream cheese is melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese
Place the mixture on a pita bread. Fold up and serve.
