In a pot of salted boiling water cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain well then set aside.
Heat a skillet or nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, crumble in the beef. Once the beef starts to nicely brown, add in the onion and garlic. Saute until soft while breaking the beef up into smaller pieces. Remove 1 to 2 tablespoons of grease from the pan then stir in the flour. Cook for about 1 minute.
Stir in the broth, worchestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer until the sauce thickens. Taste and add more soy sauce or worchestershire as needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat.
Toss the noodles with the meat. Serve immediatley. Garnish with parsley.
