Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair according to the directions on the package. Drain well.
Heat the butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant and lightly golden brown. Add in the shrimp, wine, lemon juice, pepper, broth, and oregano. Saute until the shrimp turn pink and firm.
Preheat the oven broiler on low. Spread the butter and garlic on the bread. Broil until golden brown.
Mix the ingredients for the spritzer.
Toss the pasta, cheese, and parsley with the shrimp.
Serve the pasta with bread and spritzer.
