Scrambled Eggs & Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Chicken sausage links sliced
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices Multigrain bread toasted

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brown the chicken sausage on both sides.
  • Toast the bread
  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add the oil. Once the pan is hot pour the scrambled eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Move eggs around the pan with a spatula until eggs are cooked and no longer runny. Serve with toast and chicken sausage on the side.
