Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrots sliced thin
  • 2 cups Zucchini cut into half circles
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the carrots until they start to become tender.
  • Add the zucchini and garlic, stirring occasionally until the zucchini is browned and tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
