Sautéed Broccoli & Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 cup Broccoli cut into bitesized florets
  • 1 cup Yellow squash diced into bitesized pieces

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and squash, cover with a lid and saute until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
