Sausage Sauerkraut Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Italian turkey sausage links
  • 4 Hot dog buns partially sliced longways
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut more if desired
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard or mustard of your choice
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Bake the sausage on a foil-lined baking sheet in the oven (turning over halfway through cooking) to an internal temperature of 155°F using a thermometer.
  • Place the cooked sausage on the roll with sauerkraut, and top with mustard. Serve with chips and a pickle.
