Roast Beef Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Brown mustard
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 8 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 Pickles halved
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown but still somewhat soft.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with spring mix, roast beef, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, red onion, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
