Roast Beef Spinach Blue Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Steak sauce A1 or comparable brand
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 4 oz Crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Spread the steak sauce on the wrap. Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, spinach, roast beef, red onion, roasted peppers, and blue cheese. Fold in the ends and roll up tight. Cut in half and serve with corn chips and pickles.
