Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese halved
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Mix the mayo and horseradish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the horseradish mayo on each slice of bread, layer with spring mix, tomatoes, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted peppers, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
