Roast Beef Pear & Goat Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 wheat tortilla wraps
  • 16 oz deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 2 pears ripe cored and sliced
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz Goat cheese crumbled
  • 8 slices tomato

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and goat cheese.
  • Spread the mayo mixture onto the wrap. Layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and pear. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
