In a bowl cover the sliced onion with cold water. Remove the onion from the water and toss with flour to coat well.
When the oil is hot, fry the onions until golden brown and crispy. Using a slotted spoon, remove them to a paper towel lined plate to drain the excess oil.
Spread the steak sauce on the wrap and layer with lettuce, tomato, roast beef, havarti, and fried onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, fold in the ends and roll up, cut in half and serve with corn chips.
