Roast Beef Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 2 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Deli roast beef sliced
  • 2 slices Smoked mozzarella
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the ciabatta. Mix together the mayo and horseradish, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on both halves of the ciabatta.
  • Layer with spinach, tomato, roast beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
