Roast Beef Brie Sandwich

- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 2 cups Arugula
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 4 tbsp Red onion sliced thin
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Potato chips
In a bowl, mix together the mustard and honey. Toast the bread. Spread the honey mustard on both slices of bread.
Layer the bread with arugula, roast beef, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, brie and red onion. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
