Ingredients

Raisin Bran Cereal Topped with Sliced Banana and Passionfruit

  • 2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
  • Milk as needed
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 Passionfruit sliced in half

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • ½ cup Pumpkin purée canned
  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 TBSP Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Fruit

  • 2 cups Mixed fruit e.g., apple slices, grapes, or berries

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients: Slice the banana, cut the passionfruit in half, and portion the mixed fruit.
  • Make the smoothie: In a blender, add pumpkin purée, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Assemble the cereal bowls: Add Raisin Bran cereal to bowls. Pour milk over the cereal. Top each bowl with sliced banana and scoop the pulp from each passionfruit half onto each serving.
  • Serve: Enjoy the cereal with the pumpkin spice smoothie and mixed fruit on the side.
