Preheat a waffle maker according to its instructions.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in the pumpkin until combined. Slowly add the milk a little at a time until a smooth batter forms (may not need all the milk).
Add the batter to the waffle maker and cook according to the waffle maker instructions.
In the meantime, in a bowl, whisk the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together until smooth then set aside.
In a non-stick pan brown the chicken sausage on both sides.
Drizzle the cream cheese syrup over the waffle, serve with chicken sausage and blueberries.
