Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen or fresh fruit (your choice of fruits) (banana, berries, melon, etc)
  • 2 scoops Protein powder (your choice of flavor) (or nut butter, seeds, etc.)
  • 1 cup Liquid (your choice: milk, almond milk, water, orange juice, fruit juice, etc) milk, almond milk, water, orange juice, fruit juice, etc

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Use your favorite fruits, juices, and flavors.
  • If using protein powder be sure to reference the directions on the package for the amounts per serving.
