1/2cupHeavy cream
1/2cupPanko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place a layer of sliced potatoes down, sprinkle some of the cheese, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and repeat the layering process. Top with cheese and butter.
Pour the heavy cream over top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the foil, top with breadcrumbs and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
