Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced into rounds
  • 2 Radish sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded

Instructions

  • In a small pot bring vinegar, water, and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat.
  • Place the cucumber, radish, and carrots in a bowl and pour in the vinegar mixture.
  • Set the bowl aside, stirring occasionally until the liquid has completely cooled. Drain well and serve.
