- 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced into rounds
- 2 Radish sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Carrots shredded
In a small pot bring vinegar, water, and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve the sugar and remove from heat.
Place the cucumber, radish, and carrots in a bowl and pour in the vinegar mixture.
Set the bowl aside, stirring occasionally until the liquid has completely cooled. Drain well and serve.
