Ingredients

  • 1 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Israeli couscous also known as pearl couscous
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Bring the broth to a boil. Cook the couscous in the broth according to the package directions.
  • Once the couscous is cooked. Drain any excess liquid if needed. Stir in the butter and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
