Peanut Butter Cacao Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana frozen if preferred
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder optional
  • 2 TBSP Honey to taste
  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 TBSP Goji berries optional soaked in water for 20 minutes then drained
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fruit such as orange slices, raspberries, or blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as instructed above. If using goji berries, soak them in warm water.
  • In a blender, combine peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, cacao powder, maca powder (if using), honey, and milk. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more milk for thinner texture or ice cubes for thicker texture. Blend briefly again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. Blend once more.
  • Serve smoothie topped with goji berries and bee pollen if using, alongside the fresh fruit.
