Peanut Butter Banana Oat Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP Honey (or to taste)
  • 2 cups Your choice of Milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: If using fresh bananas, peel and slice the bananas. If using frozen, simply measure them out.
  • In a blender, add the bananas, peanut butter, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk. If using fresh bananas, it is recommended to add ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
