Peanut Butter Banana Oat Cacao Smoothie

Smoothie
- 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Honey (or to taste)
- 2 cups Your choice of Milk
- Ice cubes optional
Prep the Ingredients: If using fresh bananas, peel and slice the bananas. If using frozen, simply measure them out.
In a blender, add the bananas, peanut butter, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk. If using fresh bananas, it is recommended to add ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
