Ingredients

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal

  • 1 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana ripe sliced
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 3 cups Your choice of milk
  • 1 TBSP Honey or maple syrup optional

Soft Boiled Eggs

  • 4 Eggs

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Prepare the Soft Boiled Eggs: Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil. Once boiling, add the eggs carefully. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 6-7 minutes for soft boiled eggs with runny yolks.
  • Once done, remove the eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of cold water for 1-2 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  • Peel the eggs and set them aside.
  • Prepare the Oatmeal: In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the oatmeal has thickened and the oats are tender.
  • Stir in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey or maple syrup (if using) until well combined.
  • Once the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat.
  • Assemble the Oatmeal: Spoon the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each bowl with sliced bananas.
  • Serve with soft boiled eggs on the side and orange juice. Enjoy your breakfast!
