Ingredients

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Oatmeal

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 TBSP Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Banana sliced

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fruit e.g. blueberries, raspberries, and mango chunks, washed and prepared as needed

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
  • In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in rolled oats and peanut butter. Cook according to oat package directions, usually 5–7 minutes.
  • Once oats are tender, remove from heat. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the top and cover with a lid to melt. Stir until fully combined.
  • Serve oatmeal topped with banana slices.
  • Serve with fresh mixed fruit and cold orange juice.
