Ingredients

Peach Smoothie:

  • 1 ½ cups Peaches frozen
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • tsp Ground ginger
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, adding the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and honey on top of the other ingredients to prevent them from sticking to the sides or bottom of the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if necessary by adding more honey or milk.
  • Once desired consistency is reached, pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing peach smoothie!
