In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, adding the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and honey on top of the other ingredients to prevent them from sticking to the sides or bottom of the blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if necessary by adding more honey or milk.
Once desired consistency is reached, pour the smoothie into glasses.
