Pastrami Rueben

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 1 cups Sauerkraut or more if desired
  • 6 oz Deli pastrami
  • 1/2 cup Pickle chips
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with non-stick spray.
    (Alternatively use a nonstick pan with lid on medium heat if you don't have a grill style press).
  • Spread the mustard on both slices of bread (or serve on the side if desired). Layer with cheese, sauerkraut, pastrami, cheese, and top with slice of bread.
  • Place the sandwich on the grill press until golden brown and the cheese is melted (can also use a non-stick pan with non-stick spray covered with a lid).
  • Slice in half and serve with pickles and chips.
