Instructions
In a bowl whisk together the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Mix in both cabbages and mayo; set aside.
Spread the mustard onto the wrap and lay down the cheese, layer with the cabbage and pastrami. Fold in the ends and roll up.
Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
