Pastrami Coleslaw Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Red cabbage shredded
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz Deli pastrami
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Mix in both cabbages and mayo; set aside.
  • Spread the mustard onto the wrap and lay down the cheese, layer with the cabbage and pastrami. Fold in the ends and roll up.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
