Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French Bread cut into about 6 inch pieces per serving
  • 12 oz Deli pastrami
  • 1.5 cups Sauerkraut
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • For the dressing: Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until mixed well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the dressing on the bread or serve on the side if desired.
  • Layer the bread with pastrami, sauerkraut, and cheese. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warmed through, about 8 minutes.
  • Serve with chips and pickles.
