  • 6 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Layer tomato slices and fresh mozzarella, drizzle oilve oil on top, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped basil
