Dip each cheese stick into the egg, then into the flour, then dip back into the egg and then roll in bread crumbs to coat very well.
Place them on a plate and into the freezer until you are ready to fry.
Heat oil in a skillet or saucepan until hot (you should see a little smoke coming from the oil) and cook the sticks for about 2-4 minutes, or until golden and before the cheese starts to leak out.
