Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomato cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1/4 cup Red onion shaved
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint lightly chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until ready to serve.
