Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Mint extract
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Baby spinach for coloring
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup
  • 2 TBSP Fresh mint plus more for garnish if desired

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste. Add more milk if needed to adjust the consistency or for volume. Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and mint.
  • Serve in a glass or to go cup.
