Prep all fresh ingredients according to the ingredient list above.
Season the ground beef with chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the seasoned ground beef and sauté, breaking it into small pieces until nicely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Warm the taco shells on both sides in a pan over medium heat. About 20 seconds per side.
Fill each taco shell with cooked beef. Top with diced onion, tomatoes, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped fresh cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice from the wedges over each taco for extra flavor.
To make the guacamole, mash the avocados into a bowl until smooth. Add the diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Combine the sparkling water and lemon slices. Serve over ice cubes if desired.
Serve the tacos with the tortilla chips and guacamole, and lemon sparkling water. Enjoy!
