Preheat the oven broiler on low.
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Once hot, crumble in the beef. Add half of all the spices: garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and paprika. Brown the beef while breaking it up into smaller pieces until it is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Add the broth, tomato paste, and remaining spices to the skillet. Whisk until fully combined. Bring to a simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt as needed.
On a baking sheet, spread the refried beans onto a taco shell. Evenly distribute the beef over the refried beans. Top with another taco shell. Spoon the sauce over top then evenly sprinkle with cheese. Repeat for more portions. Set aside.
Make the salsa: Add all ingredients (except the tortilla chips) to a blender or food processor and pulse until the salsa is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place on a baking sheet, transfer to the oven, and broil until the cheese has fully melted.
Place all margarita mocktail ingredients into a pitcher or drink shaker. Mix until the honey is dissolved. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
Finish the pizza: Remove from oven, and top with onion, jalapeno, scallions, sour cream, and olives. Cut into quarters.
Serve: Enjoy Mexican pizza with chips and salsa, and margarita.
