Mexican Corn Salad

- 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen (thaw if using frozen)
- 1/2 cup Red bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
Mix together the corn, pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and mayo. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle paprika and chili powder over top.
