Stir in spinach and cook just until wilted, about 30 to 60 seconds.Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Pour in beaten eggs and add black beans. Scramble gently until eggs are just set.
Warm whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Spoon egg mixture evenly onto tortillas.
Top with cheese and avocado, then fold and roll into burritos.
Prepare the green tea by heating water until hot but not boiling. Steep tea bags or loose leaf tea for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove or strain.
Serve burritos with optional salsa or hot sauce, alongside fruit bowls, green tea, and milk.
