Instructions
Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl except for the chicken. Set aside 1/2 of the mixture in a separate bowl. Coat the chicken well with the remaining half of the mixture.
Place the chicken on a grill or grill pan, and cook about 6 - 8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Using a thermometer cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. (cooking time may vary depending upon the size of the thighs) Spoon the reserved mustard mixture over top and serve.
