Iced Coffee
- Coffee or espresso
- Ice cubes
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Lox Bagel
- 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
- 2 TBSP Cream cheese
- 4 oz Lox (smoked salmon) cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP Capers
- 2 tsp Fresh dill
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
Brew the coffee or espresso using your preferred method and let it cool to room temperature.
Toast the bagel until golden brown.
Spread cream cheese evenly on each toasted bagel half.
Top each bagel half with slices of lox, red onion, capers, and dill. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
Pour the coffee over the ice. Prepare to your liking.
Serve the lox bagels alongside iced coffee.
