Ingredients

Iced Coffee

  • Coffee or espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Lox Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
  • 2 TBSP Cream cheese
  • 4 oz Lox (smoked salmon) cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 TBSP Capers
  • 2 tsp Fresh dill
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Brew the coffee or espresso using your preferred method and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Toast the bagel until golden brown.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly on each toasted bagel half.
  • Top each bagel half with slices of lox, red onion, capers, and dill. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
  • Pour the coffee over the ice. Prepare to your liking.
  • Serve the lox bagels alongside iced coffee.
