In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the cumin, cilantro and lime. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any of the ingredients to your liking. Then spread onto the bagel.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot, Add the oil and eggs. Move the eggs using circular motions with a spatula or wooden spoon to fluff up and cook, (move the pan on and off the heat as needed to prevent the eggs from overcooking or drying out). Remove the pan from the heat while the eggs are still moist. Season with pepper. Taste and add salt if needed.
Place the eggs over the avocado, top with sliced salmon and onions, serve with cantaloupe. Garnish with red pepper flakes or cracked pepper.
