Place the celery, parsley, scallions, and dill in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add to the cooked lobster meat and mix.
Melt the butter.
Set a pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the rolls with butter. Toast each side in the pan until nicely golden brown.
Divide the lobster salad between each roll. Serve lettuce under the lobster salad if using.
