Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic, oil, and lemon juice.
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown and tender, about 30 minutes. Occasionally stir the potatoes to get even cooking.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
