Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Broccoli cut into 1-inch florets
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli and boil just until bright green, about 4 minutes. Drain well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and stir occasionally, until tender (about 3 minutes). Season with lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
